It's going to have water. Lots of it.
Jokes aside, your guess is as good as ours.
I don't think any of the devs ever gave any kind of serious thought to a throwaway line from the novel like that.

Re: Yamaku's Swimming Pool
I would guess it's something that could be used for hydrotherapy as well, maybe a typical Olympic-sized (50 x 25 m) pool plus a smaller one about 10 x 25 m and shallow.Mirage_GSM wrote: ↑Thu Jan 03, 2019 4:41 pm It's going to have water. Lots of it.

Post-Yamaku, what happens? After The Dream is a mosaic that follows everyone to the (sometimes) bitter end.

Re: Yamaku's Swimming Pool
Assuming it's a specialised pool, you're probably looking at something similar to what you'd find here. At the same time, it's a safe bet that there's a swim team and the occasional gym class pool days, emulating a normal high school, which would require regulation-sized swim lanes roped off, if not its own separate pool. It's not unusual, after all, to refer to one room with multiple basins as a single "pool" (in casual conversation, at least).

what if the pool is just a newcomer joke at yamaku
if you ask the nurse where the pool is, he fills a cup of water and splashes it on you
