Aoi has Porphyric Hemophilia (mouth open, she's already planning to have a bite) and Keiko is afflicted with the early stages of Corprus (Ashen hairs and eyes). At least in my headcannon.

I predict a very lively and harsh Student Council in the coming years. You better keep in line, folks.
