Some glitch or something in the Extas

I just played through Hanako's Route and ends it with the good ending...( i totally remembered it)

then when i go to the extra i've notice that from Hanako's scenes list was empty from act 2 to act 4 (the only recorded was Act 4 Cut petals to Adulthood)...Same thing happened to the gallery (but most of them, was from the Billiards Scene) and the Hanako's Cinema too was missing..

I have the same problem. I completed Shizune's route, then Hanako's, then part of Lilly's. Somehow neither my library nor my gallery recorded anything more than what's from Shizune's route.

I don't know what causes this, but it seems to just be a random glitch. It didn't record the Act 2 image for Lilly, or the first few parts of her route, and the route problem came up with Emi too, as well as part of Rin's Act 1 route. Luckily, when I went through again to get all the endings, they registered the second time, so no harm was done.
