Was Emi a Robot?
Was Emi a Robot?
Think about it, people. Can you fully dismiss this theory? We all know that robots, when fully charged, are capable of running at extremely high speeds. We also know that robots desire human warmth and contact, but realise in their cold metallic hearts that they cannot really be with people ever, for fear of losing them to the decay of time - factors that robots made of immortal steel and silicon need not fear. Doesn't this line up with everything else we know about Emi? Could she, in fact, be a cybernetic killer assassin sent from the future to prevent Hisao from forming the backbone of a resistance movement against our machine overlords, who went so deep undercover that she eventually became human, just like Robin Williams?
What are your thoughts?
I couldn't resist...

Re: Was Emi a Robot?
Obviously not. The robot is clearly Misha.
Re: Was Emi a Robot?
I thought she was a Spiral Nemesis.
Re: Was Emi a Robot?
Most convincing of all the `Was Emi a X?` threads. I think you're onto something.
Re: Was Emi a Robot?
So the feminists invented Skynet? Kenji was right all along!
Re: Was Emi a Robot?
I'll just drop this here and take my leave from this thread.
Hanako = Shizune = Rin = Lilly = Emi
I just don't like categorizing people. Even if Hanako will always be the dearest for me, I still prefer if they all get equal share of love.

It's kinda funny, I've played a bunch of VN's and for the first time I'm feeling apprehensive about going down another path. I'm thinking weird crap like how will Hanako ever be happy if someones not there for her.......
If Hanako's writer reads this I want you to know that I thank you for giving me this wonderful treasure.

Obviously shes augmented, she must have saved up her praxis points for advanced sprinting.
You could say... she never asked for this.

It's from the same guy who made the animations, isn't it? I'll have to browse his library sometime...

Nope, can't say I have.
I heard about him first, when his name came up on the forums as the creator of the animated sequences.
