I played some VN in which you can try the harem route and I didn't like it... the story is often distorted and the sex scenes are exaggerated.

Hisao would need to be a Sexual Tyrannosaurus Rex for this to even be remotely possible, and that being said, it still wouldn't be within the realm of realism. Asides from that, I would have to say no - KS' surprisingly excellent narrative is what drew me into the game and this fan base (which manages to worry me more than most things). A harem ending would be virtually impossible to convey convincingly, especially given how different Hisao's ultimate personality is in each of the routes. This isn't Persona, where you can totally pimp yourself out and change the lives of a dozen people. Though on that topic, establishing friendships and investing in them for the sole purpose of becoming more powerful is kinda selfish and dickish in its own way.

No I would not. Being friends with all of them would be cool but it would be hard (especially with Lilly and Shizune) and I'm not really into having multiple partners at the same time.

A harem would be too farfetched for KS but I would have liked a scene where Kenji convinces you to go on an intel gathering mission with him which turns out to be peeping in the girls' shower/locker room since that's where the feminists hold thier secret meetings.

A harem just seems unlikely and against the spirit of the game, but an interesting addition would have been 'vs.' routes, with Hisao having to choose between two girls as their path problems begin to crop up. Thematic links, personality clashes, and established rivalries could be explored.
