Actually, don't. I think Emi's is one of the best routes of the series. (Then again, it was the first one I completed, but hey.) And Lilly's a close second.inquisitivenegro wrote:

...actually to be completely honest I think a big obstacle in recommending KS is that I myself don't want to be associated with playing a "cripple fetish porn" game. Why am i so weak?? T.T
Anyways thanks for the answers, I think what I'll do is when I finally have built up the courage I'll recommend the Hanako route, which is short, easy to understand (compared to the close-reading nightmare that is the rin route nywayz), has great music+cinematic and only has one sex scene in all three endings.
...And I'll make sure they never play the Lily route (healthy adolescent sex drive D:) or the Emi route (surprise _u_ts__)
But be honest with them. It does have sex in it. (I think you're right about Kenji being the only guy who curses.)
But compared to the vast majority of crap you can find on television, in the cinema, and on the computer these days, this is a breath of fresh air. Nay, an apartment complex of fresh air. Just a big, glass box the size of the Trump Tower full of nothing but fresh, clean air that you can go into at any time you like and just breathe in. For hours at a time.
This is a game that doesn't just arouse. It makes you think. And it reminds you you have a heart. It's a game about friendship, real love, and dedication. I do believe Katawa Shoujo is a refuge of sanity, and peace, compared to most other games out there.
That's what I'd tell people before I passed the game on to them. (If I knew any.)
