No. I'd say let the devs handle things through legal channels. Also, it's multiple sellers, not just one.

After some internal discussion, we revised the GAME FAQ for instances like this.

Q: I saw this game for sale. Are you selling this now?
A: No. Four Leaf Studios is not charging for Katawa Shoujo, and never will. If you see anyone selling Katawa Shoujo, charging for "official" merchandise, or using game assets in their for-sale items, please report them. Selling fanworks that do not use official content (including the KS logo) and do not pretend to be official is okay.

Basically this is begrudgingly okay as long as it doesn't take assets from the game or pretend to be official.

As far as this persons work, I don't think he/she will be making any money off of it. The drawings are awful.

But I too find it unfortunately that other people can capitalize off of your work.

I just went to some random custom shirt making site and screenshotted the logo when time passed in the game. Made the background transparent and slapped it on there.

Those drawings are really bad, though. I don't see how it would be a problem selling them, though. It's not like they are screen caps from the game for sale.
