This has happened to several people before. Not sure what's causing it, but until now it was always fixed by watching the scene again in Skip mode.
Creating a save is not necessary.

The problem is happening again it seems however.
I'm missing the scene between "Office Confessional" and "Rise and Shine" in Hanako's sequence. I've checked the flowchart, and can find no decision that would cause me to be missing this scene, and much less this scene only...
