Yes. Also, as for why it's at 53%, I'm guessing you're not using an SMP version, and that your computer is a dual-core. I have to go now, unfortunately, so I won't be able to help you set up the SMP version, if you so wish for it, but there's a fine tutorial on how it's done at the link below.
