I don't think they have Fred Perry in Japan or America do they? But yeah Fred Perry can be pretty trendy in the UK. Also, the vest grew on me. I had to do a double take the first time I saw it though.

In Japan they do - in fact they have special "Fred Perry Japan" made in Japan with Japanese fittings. I tell you it's terrible because it's slim fit and cannot even fit other type of Asian (Chinese) bodies!

I like it, not least because I have a similar one I sometimes wear. It keeps you nice and warm and is very comfortable over a shirt; and, dangit, it is stylish, in a lovely old-fashioned way.
