I played this game on my netbook (which has a resolution of 1024x576) and everything is fine except for when one of the dialogue boxes that takes up the full game window comes up.

script.
AttributeError: 'pygame.Surface' object has no attribute 'surface'
While running game code:

- script at line 2033 of /Developer/Projects/ks_svn/Katawa Shoujo/game/script-a2-rin.rpy
- python at line 199 of /Users/delta/Documents/ks svn/common/00nvl_mode.rpy.
If skip the text fast enough it will not happen.
Also when I ran the game with NRC on (Netbook Resolution Customizer, allows me to get resolutions larger or smaller than the default drivers allow), or connect my computer to an external monitor the game will play w/o a single fault.
I believe it may have to do with not being able to display the scroll down arrow correctly..
Anyways great story/game. Some of the stories hit really close to home and reminded me (sort of) of relationships.
