OK, so I petty much made an account just for this thread. It might turn out lengthy, but please read if you have finished all of the paths. I have some questions (Q's = questions), but they will be after I talk about all of the paths. I will discuss each path in the order I played them. I feel like I have a lot of things I want to say, and this is the only place I can say them, as none of my friends have played KS.
WARNING: SPOILERS BELOW. IF YOU WISH NOT TO BE SPOILED, PLEASE LEAVE THIS THREAD. I would not like to ruin anything for you.
First off Hanako's path.
So, Hanako was the first lady I "picked". I really was not trying to go after any of the girls, just simply picking what felt right. Just so happens Hanako was at the other end of what felt right. I really loved how cute and innocent she was pretty much throughout the entire play-thru. When I got her to smile, I smiled. She was so cute. The most memorable part, or the part that made me realize that I picked the right girl, was when she was playing her game with the floor tiles. It stuck out the most because it was something I use to do all the time. Her path also told me a lot about how to play the other paths. Like, don't trust in Hisao with the decisions. Which is something that kinda bothered me. I felt I could never trust myself, and only do what others say. Thankfully Rin's path lets you trust in Hisao. Ignoring that key rule, led to the neutral ending. At first thought it was the good ending, but soon learned (from looking it up here) that it was not. The good ending made me so happy. I could not get the grin off my face. Hanako finally realized that I was not there just to protect her. That last CG was just a perfect ending. I did go back and get the bad ending, but after knowing the good ending I really could not get that sad. And thinking about it, the neutral ending is not really that bad, but just to open ended.
I think that sums it up for Hanako. On to Emi.
Starting a new path was something I was reluctant to do, but I actually had and Idea on what I wanted to do this play-thru. I wanted to kill Hisao. The one was I knew I could do this was to be distant, and push myself to the physical limits. So, when I got the to the part on the track where I could push my limits and try to keep up with Emi, I knew I was about to kill Hisao. The sad music started playing and I actually became sad. It was too late, or so I thought. Hisao was about to die and I no longer wanted that. And as if the game wanted to grant me my wish, I pulled through. Emi was upset, but I pulled through. I felt relived. That is also when I knew I was heading down Emi's path. Her path was the most fun I had with the game. Hisao became the guy I wanted him to become. Except, I still knew not to trust in him. I took advice from anybody that wanted to give it to me, and followed it. That proved the best way to get what I wanted, and what I waned was Emi. I knew when to let her have he space and when to get close. I actually felt bad when she thought I was there to be he white knight. Her path is most likely my favorite as I'm about to replay it after I post this. This was also a perfect ending. I feel Hisao and Emi will be together till the day they die( I felt the same about Hanako, but not as strongly). Which is something I can't say about the next path...
Shizune's.
This play-thru I knew what I wanted and that was Shizune. Problem was I didn't know how to obtain the beautiful girl. Going in not knowing how to pick her, I just went with the flow. Which, I never did again. Going with the flow leads to a manly picnic. I actually thought I was doing the right stuff to get to her. I thought when I hit the ground I would later wake up with Shizune by my bedside. However, I was wrong. After that I took about 5 minutes to think about what I would need to do get Shizune. I thought back to the Risk scene. She liked me picking the more upfront and aggressive options. That is what I did, and I started the route that pissed me off the most. I honestly felt everything that Hisao did to get close was all for nothing. I knew which options to pick, but her lack of, I guess interest, is what made it had to finish. I could not tell if she actually liked Hisao or just wanted a "play mate". I really don't know what will become of their relationship. Will they actually stay together? I want to say yes, but I also doubt that. I was really never caught off guard by the events in her path, besides the fact that Misha is playing for the other team or both teams. The good ending was too open ended. Hisao loves her but are the feelings mutual? That is what just made me really mad. I felt that my time was wasted. Still, the story of her path was good, just nothing really happened the way I wanted it too.
Next up Rin.
To get Rin all I had to do was be distant from everybody but Rin. I had to make sure that I did not force Rin into doing stuff. This was the first time I feel like I could pick options that Hisao himself would pick. Which at first made me happy, but it led to a very depressed Hisao, and the story was not that happy either. At first it was really hard to like Rin for Rin, but I eventually got into the grove of things. This is the first time I wanted to "fix" a person, but not change them. Which I really manged to do. I guess really, Rin just wanted to be understood and loved. Which, is what I worked my way up to. When I think back to the end CG I still get cold chills. Everything was right in the world.
And the Best way to end this is with Lilly.
The best way to put Lilly's path is like watching a romantic movie, but the kind that is really good. Everything I wanted Hisao to do he did. I also felt bad for him as his heart get in the way sometimes. More than Lilly's blindness. I think this path made me feel more emotion than other paths. It was a relief when Lilly came back from her time in Scotland. When she confessed I felt pretty damn good. One thing stuck in my head for awhile when Hisao said it. He said that he felt a distance between them. Eventually my fears were confirmed. Lilly was going back with her family. I just thought in my head, "no, no, no.... nononono". Then came the day where they finally had to part. I kept on wanting to yell at me screen, "GO AFTER HER. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MAN. Even if it kills just GO!" Yet again the game granted my wish, which almost was a bad thing. When he finally got to her (first part of the wish), my second part of the wish was coming true. He was going to die seeing Lilly, if even it was her backside, one final time. Then I got a black screen, and waited for the credits to roll. But the Heart appeared on the screen, and I felt crying tears of pure joy. However, the joy did not last long. He was back in the hospital with no one. Just like the start of the game.
The Doctor spoke and the screen when black, I waited again for the credits to roll. Then Hisao woke up again. I just kept reading on what he was saying, but I noticed a sound that was not the usual game music, soon so did Hisao. The joy I felt was one I have not felt in a long while. I was so happy. Lilly had heard his last attempt. She stayed. I read what they said watched what the credits rolls. Instead of feeling happy. I felt kinda sad. I know that when the credits roll, I'll hear the main menu music that is sad and happy, for one final time. Even if I play through all the paths again, it won't feel the same. But MAN, Lilly's path loves to pull my leg. Caught of guard that Lilly's ending had an Epilogue, the sadness went away. The follow scenes just made me feel that finally everything was right in Hisao's world. Then the menu music played, and I just sat there listing to it as if it would be the final time. I can't really tell who's story I enjoyed more, Emi's or Lilly's, but I don't think I want to know. I never did get the bad ending for Lilly and I don't intend on seeing it.
----------TIME TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS----------
1. Will there more to this VN? Will there be a part two?
----If there is a part two will it be at the same school, with a new cast, or will it continue off Hisao's life.
2. Is there any plans to expand on the current stories of the 5 girls? Like an act 5 or something.
3. How do get he last picture in the gallery after the [--?--] one? Fun Fact: I only have 99%.
4. Between Home Field Advantage and No Recovery in ACT 1 there is a blank slot. How do get this scene?
5. In ACT 3 of Rin's story I am missing a scene. It is between BADAAN! and The edge of the world.
------
Finally, I would like to thank Everybody who has had a part in creating this VN. It must of been really hard, but it looks like you guys did a phenomenal job. I don't think I could ever forget the fun times I had playing. So many scenes brought pure joy. I'm glad I don't have a mirror in my room. I would not want to see how big my smile got while watching some of the scenes.
Again, thank you.

Also, it may or may not seem obvious, but I really did not know much about it when I first started playing. I saw somebody pimping it out on canv.as and thought I'd give it a go. So I don't know much about the development that went into making this VN. I know that it was made by team of members from around the world, that I think post 4chan but that is all I really know. Oh and it took 5 years.

Unlikely. Perhaps even impossible. Only time and the developers will tell, though.GreenDango wrote: ----------TIME TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS----------

You haven't obtained all possible ends of all possible routes. You might be missing the second way to get Emi's good end, or one of the three ends of Rin's route, since you have all three of Hanako's ends and Lilly's and Shizune's routes have only two ends, which I trust you've obtained.GreenDango wrote:3. Search these boards, there's someone publishing a flowchart that explains how to get every possible scene. The first one is "Slow Recovery", and requires that you've made two choices that get you closer to Shizune's route and that you try to outrun Emi. The second one baffles me, because the only really hard to get scene in Rin's route is BADAAN! and you already have it.GreenDango wrote:4. Thanks! I'm pretty sure I only need Rin's neutral ending and Lilly's bad ending. But just in case. The first way to get the good ending is to give Emi some space and the second way is to confront her when she goes to the bathroom. Then have her accept your apology on the track. They both lead to the grave yard scene. Is that right? I really don't know how to get Rin's neutral ending, but I try to figure it out. I'm guessing to get Lilly's bad ending you pretty much just never tell he what goes on through your head. I always told he what is on my mind.Scarface wrote:

Thanks for the Slow Recovery info, and I'll look for the flow chart. I hate that I am the kind of person who always has a hard time getting the easy stuff, but a easy time getting the hard stuff.Scarface wrote:Search these boards, there's someone publishing a flowchart that explains how to get every possible scene. Also, I forgot to add one question to the OP(I knew I was forgetting one). Does any other path reward you with scenes after he credits like Lilly's? It just seems weird that she is the only one to have an Epilogue. I don't mind either way, but it just seems odd to me.

Nope. Lilly's the only one that gets an epilogue.GreenDango wrote:Also, I forgot to add one question to the OP(I knew I was forgetting one). Oh, and I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think the second way to get Emi's good ending leads you to the graveyard scene. It involves following Emi when she storms out of the living room at her house and then talking to Misha about your fight with her. The flowchart will tell you better than I can, though.

Yeah that is what happened. Hisao said some really mean things and she throws him out of the house. The next day you talk to Misha and She asks you what is wrong. You will get the good ending if you talk about your problem. If you don't tell Misha you still go to the track and talk to Emi, but this time she does not forgive you and you two break up. The other way to get the same good ending is don't follow her when storms off, but instead talk to her mom. Emi then thinks her mom told you about everything and she tells you to leave. However, he mom tells he what she told you and Emi says you don't have to leave, but you still do.Scarface wrote: Oh, and I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think the second way to get Emi's good ending leads you to the graveyard scene. Also, if the bad ending for Lilly is where the game just ends where you and Hanako are waving good by to Lilly and then the credits roll then I just got that.
EDIT: I do have all of Emi's story finished. So I just need to re do Rin's I think. Need to check Lilly now.
EDIT 2: Looks like I got Lilly's route done to. Time to Re-do Rin's.

I got the final picture and Library 100%. I think I should move on from this game, but Doing Emi's, Hanako's, and Lilly's path one Last time won't hurt. I'm going to have to lurk these forums just to make sure I don't miss any important news. And of course I'll try to help people out a bit.
