I noticed that Act 1 is available in simplified Chinese.
As I'm currently studying Chinese, I was thinking about using this version to practice - but am worried about learning incorrect grammar from the Chinese version. Does anyone know how good the translation is?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Simplified Chinese translation quality?
Well, the translation was made (AFAIK) by a team of native chinese speakers. So go figure.

No, it doesn't, but it means that at the very least the chinese should be.

Re: Simplified Chinese translation quality?
They added a bit more language-wise than was strictly necessary, although it does serve to make it read better. The puns in the scene names were ingeniously translated or morphed into fitting phrases. The characterizations were different, but that's due to cultural differences; e.g., the things Rin say in Chinese would give her an overall different tone than she would have in English. The translators also interpret certain phrases slightly differently than native English speakers (as do I), and thus translated a slightly different meaning into them. Overall they did a fairly stellar job in making sure the narrative was accurately rewritten into a foreign language with completely different literary expressions and ideals.

Thanks for the more complete description, Not. I've installed the Chinese version... and realized I'm at least a few years away from the point where I can read it.
