Attention Katawa Shoujo NYC Fans

If you are a KS fan and live in NYC (or will be in NYC) this coming Saturday. I come bearing gifts! I just returned from Comitia 97 and purchased 10 Katawa Shoujo Illustration Books for all you American fans who complained about not being able to get them since you don't live in Japan.

Since they each cost me 300 Yen (Which is like almost $4!)I decided that I'll be handing them out to fans for FREE. (Technically "Free" you're gonna end up paying a metrocard fee to get to my neighborhood probably, which would be like $4.50 round trip nowadays, right?)

Since I'll be returning to NYC from Japan this Friday (around 3pm) and heading upstate to Utica, NY on Sunday for college I can really only do this on Saturday. (or MAYBE friday night if we can meet up)

I'll figure out when and where after I see how many responses there are to this, but it will probably be somewhere in Forest Hills since that's where I live.

By the way, I am surprised, there is no KS Illustrations books/Players Guides on ebay/yahoo auctions/rakuten/whatever.

I thought some people would have bought them for reselling after, at insane prices.

I'd love to have one of the books. I won't be around NYC on Saturday. But it just so happens that I will be in upstate NY over Labor Day Weekend. I'll have to check my itinerary tomorrow; I might be passing through Utica.

I kinda regret only buying 10 now...
We'll see how this all turns out. I plan on returning to Japan by Winter Comiket (if I have the money to return by then) and the TL staff mentioned something about a new art book for that event. So if you don't get one of these, perhaps you may get one in the winter.
