I don't think Misha has Hisao's disability. I mean she is always so chipper, you'd think that she would overexert herself and show some of the same symptoms as Hisao. Unless of course there is a scene in the full game where she shows the same symptoms and makes Shizune panic.

I know it's been said before, but I like the idea of her "disability" being that she's either a major slut or a lesbian. I also like the idea of being partly deaf, although she does sign what other people say around her to Shizune, like eavesdropping. Maybe she has epileptic seizures and is under careful watch since they can't figure out the right meds. My coworker has epileptic seizures and it took almost 10 years for her to find the right medicine that keeps them under control, and it's a miracle of sorts that she's gone almost a year without having one.
