I'm still trying to figure out who the two at the top left are...

Seeing that the girl in the top left corner has her eyes obscured by her hair, I think it's Iwanako. (since her face isn't seen in KS' introduction, she's regularly depicted here as "faceless" like a lot of VN protagonists are) The guy next to her is obviously Hisao.

The dame holding Kenji is Yuuko I think, in her waitress outfit but without her hair in buns.

The lady on the couch is probably miss Miyagi...it'd make sense she'd be sharing the couch with her collegues.

I'm not sure if the Santa is meant to be someone other than Santa.
