Overall, I'd actually prefer that KS had no h-scenes at all. That being said, I really hope there's no rape scenes, either. Never did like those.

I think someone said that the meds Hisao's on can make it so he can't get it up. or "erectile dysfunction" if you want to get all technical. so yeah, I kinda hope there's at least one awkward scene with Nurse where Hisao has to ask to be put on different meds 'cause of this. and not only does Nurse totally know why, he's had this conversation before.

and the devs have said that there'll be an option to not have the sex scenes show, but it's not like you get a recap or anything. they just don't show up. and you miss out on any character or story development that happens during (and probably just after) the sex. your loss if you skip 'em.

I don't mind the H-scenes at all, but rape? I would prefer no actually, as the first act is almost all flowers 'n' pink speaking about love. I don't know how the devs would change the story of the VN to fit a rape scene, overall my opinion is a DO NOT WANT, even as a bad end.

The "drug montage" in the hospital includes "erectile dysfunction" -- however, I really doubt that Nurse could/would change what drugs Hisao takes, and even if he could, Hisao would probably still need beta blockers, which are erection-discouragers all by themselves.

But what Nurse probably could do is prescribe some Viagra/Levitra/etc.
(trivia: Pfizer is trying to get FDA approval to use Viagra for a rare children's lung disorder. This is not as altruistic as it may first appear -- getting Viagra approved for a new use will extend its patent for six months, which is worth roughly a billion dollars)

I also agree that any rape scene would seem totally out of character for Hisao; the closest I could see would be Hisao misreading something like Hanako's extreme timidity/shyness as a signal from her that he needs to take the initiative and be more aggressive, and he just tries to go too far at some point. That seems much more believable, and could be written to cause similar kinds of emotional fallout if it was needed for the plot. But an actual rape or rape attempt would just be WTF HISAO!?

Hisao shifts his feet, taps his fingers together, studies the light fittings, harrumphs, reads the "major food groups" chart on the wall by the door, slaps a nervous drumbeat against his thighs, hisses out a sigh and bites his lip.

Hmm...

Emi - she tries to ride cowgirl but owing to her lack of knees she can't keep her balance, and topples backwards off of Hisao, tumbles head over heels over the edge of the bed, and slams against the floor.

Rin - because she doesn't have arms she can't grip onto the bedsheets, and so she and Hisao gradually ride up the bed until she's banging her head against the wall - and then she realises that she actually kind of likes it...

Shizune - although she can't speak, in the throes of pleasure she starts making distended screeching squeaks - Hisao, misinterpreting them and terrified that he's hurt her in some way, immediately throws on a dressing gown and runs to summon medical help.

and I'm totally in favor of awkward and hilarious first-time sex. I can see Hisao and Hanako fumbling around in the dark, 'cause she doesn't want the lights on, and afterward Hisao's all "I don't think we did that right," and when he approaches Hanako about having sex again, saying it should be better now that he sorta knows what he's doing, her response is "I-it's not supposed to be like that?"

As for Shizune punching out Hisao reminds me of when I broke three of my partners ribs. But seriously? You're right she is likely to see it as a dominance thing but I doubt she'll end up suddenly terrified and flustered. She will probably hit him at least once though.
