This is a rather old piece of exploitable that has been floating around 4chan, but the last picture of Misha and Shizune had them smiling at each other instead of this exchange of trollery.

The one I originally saw had Misha saying "I blow your boyfriend every day and spit the jizz in your lunch." Oh Misha, you so crazy.

Given the setup I'd bet that one is the original.
