I decided to pull a few facts easily deduced about Misha from common game play through act one (All routes plus kenji)

I have noticed a few rather obvious things and a subtle thing or two

Loud,
seems to be slow in her interpretations of what is being said by shizune.
Quick to forget the task at hand.
Easily distracted.
No volume control unless she focuses on it.

I would say that given her attitude of being spontaneous and full of energy, it would suggest she has a hyperactivity issue.

Given that she is prone to bouts of forgetfulness for tasks at hand, it would suggest she cannot keep herself focused.
Her ease at distraction shows that her attention shifts constantly on a short term basis.

All good candidates for Attention Deficit hyperactivity disorder.
I am certain people have pointed this out in the other 28 pages. But just based upon these few baseline facts, I would say it is likely that.


Though her having brain cancer and those Drills that pierce the heavens are but a wig would be quite a plot device for shizunes route.

Yes, ADHD has been mentioned numerous times. For loud, quickly forgetful, and easily distracted, there are plenty of people with such traits that do not have any sort of disorder. She doesn't have any of these traits at such levels that they really seem to constitute a disorder. They may be a nuisance however. Her slow interpreting is probably owed to the fact that she only really started using sign language when she met Shizune at Yamaku. It also doesn't help that Shizune is, from the sounds of it, a very fast signer. The only really curious trait you mentioned was that she does not seem to be aware that she is being loud most of the time. There have been many theories mentioned about this if you read back a bit.
