um, no - the devs have confirmed that h-scenes are go. they've also confirmed that they're going to keep up their AWESOME standards of quality and character, even when people start having sex. but think about it, man. with all they've done so far to make you (and me, and hundreds of other people) love the characters and the game, do you really think they're going to screw it up because people start screwing?

I was thinking about this as well. The project may have started as an eroge, but this whole fanbase is so gaga over the first chapter, which has no sex. We all care so much about it because of how colorful, relatable, and lovable the characters are, not for the promise of fapping material. And yet, almost everyone who knows about it, knows about it as being an H game, when it really isn't at this point. Hell, it's so lovely that I want to tell everyone I know about it, yet I have to show better judgment since it's classified the way it is.

My one one big comment, thank you so much for making an OSX port. I was so happy to see that I didn't have to reboot/use Crossover to play KS. It really shows that you give a damn. Thank you.

... Although, I'm not sure if the game makes me more or less lonely. I guess it depends on how down to earth I'm feeling when I play.

I saw the article about Katawa Shoujo on Kotaku today, and it intrigued me into taking a closer look at your project. I just got done playing threw Act 1 and I have to say I'm very impressed. I eagerly await the final release of the game.

EDIT: I just read the article and I must say it was the best KS-related news story I've ever read. I'm kinda surprised honestly. Most of the comments seem non-jerky too (except one guy criticizing it and even stating he hasn't played it >_>;)

found out about the project from the kotaku article. at 41% on the demo and frankly, astounded by the quality. cant wait for the finished product.

Well, what do you know, what they say about publicity has some merit. Though most of the people who read that article will think this is a 4chan orgy of memes. Hell, I even did when I first heard about it. I say let the game speak for itself. It is just that good.

Came from the article, myself. After reading it, I didn't believe that something beautiful could come from 4Chan, but I stand very, very much corrected. Excellent game with excellent content. Loveable characters, high quality writing, and great art. I couldn't throw enough praise at this game to my friends, who I've now got obsessing over it.

"in hospital" is fine. Compare "in jail".

Well... actually while we acknowledge that the games origins come from 4chan, the people who are actually making this game aren't anonymous, or channers really. 4chan isn't a good place to develop things. And I'll agree that something this beautiful can't come from 4chan, and it didn't.
