It might be flattering, if the author didn't try to sell each entry on that list on the value of its H-scenes - and if it didn't share the list with a "gem" like Grisaja... And Monster Girl Quest doesn't sound very promising either...

If my heart had wings is great, and not just for the h scenes(though they are really good voice acting and all, mind you they covered their bases with fetish types some might not be to your liking). The whole thing is a full 100 hours of everyday life, if your everyday life was being a glider pilot living the dream. I'd fully recommend it, with or with out h scenes, but definitely with fan translations(haven't read moenovels translation yet but everyone said it was meh to garbage). Oh and imhhw has a demo on mobile that is pretty long.

Fruits of grisaia I haven't read yet but it's on my list, obviously it's highly rated as well, I expect great things.

Have seen neither the anime, nor the newer translation, nor the sorta-sequels, but have read the older fan translation of the first Grisaia VN. I enjoyed it quite a bit, but plot-wise your suspension of disbelief WILL be tested. The humour is probably not to everyone's taste, and a couple of the routes could stand some serious tightening up, too. Still, I've read much, much worse ones that were recommended to me.

The Grisaia anime is a massive disservice to the VN.

As for the VN itself, the best parts are the non-H scenes - to the point where I'd recommend the (censored) Steam version, as it replaces the H scenes with completely different scenes (which are generally better). While the individual routes have varying quality (I personally only feel that 2.5 of the 5 routes are worth your time), the common route is a treat (although, regrettably, the Steam version cuts a lot of great content from the common route).

But the Grisaia H scenes are... bad. At its worst, it manages to read like a biology lecture, with CGs that were clearly drawn by someone who's only ever had a naked person described to them in books. At its best... hard to say, but I think it would be the MC yelling "Contraception!" as he orgasms...
