Certainly could work 
To be honest, there's not really too much detail you can go into when creating an anime character in the Sims 
Anime styling generally removes a lot of the intrinsic tweaks and differences you get in actual human faces, like nose sizes and eye spacing etc.
For what could be done though, it's pretty good, mate

That's true. There really isn't a lot to work with, and when making a reference like this...it's easy to wonder about shapes of parts. "What does her lips look like?" I'unno. They're just a line. I think I got the hair and solid-looking eyes right, at the least. And she's pretty, so I tried making her pretty.
