Both are introverted bookworms, both have long dark hair, both have a physical feature they try to hide, both have been ostracized because of that feature, and both are teamed up with tall, outgoing, bosomy blondes. Mr. Perfect x Miss Perfect, both of them make a lot of effort to live up to the expectations of others, deep down they are imperfect.
Hero and Lilly have a lot in common that makes them quite compatible, at least in my opinion.
Hero also has a big brother like Kel who would get along very well with almost all of the Katawa Shoujo characters.

Anyway, as for my crossover ships...

I feel like Rin and Tsubakura Enraku from Len'en would get along. Actually let's throw Yabusame Houlen in there too for some YabuTsubaRin action. My justification is that all three characters just say shit. I think Rin would have more morals than YabuTsuba but until they hit that inevitable conflict their banter would be peak.
