Thanks dude, it's been a long way since that first page. I feel like I could've improved lots more by now if I spent more time drilling and practiced more regularly, but even so I do like knowing that I've progressed

It's much appreciated. There's a very comfortable visual balance about the whole thing; the colours of her swimwear are very sand-and-sea-and-sky.

naw, even if someone asked me to draw something, I still only draw what I feel like. ...sometimes monkeypawing that request for my own entertainment.
anyway, gonna be writing for a while first, so maybe by the weekend I'll update this thread with something that struck my fancy.
