Are there any such jokes that would be amusing in a Japanese context?
Post-Yamaku, what happens? After The Dream is a mosaic that follows everyone to the (sometimes) bitter end. Main Index (Complete)—Shizune/Lilly/Emi/Hanako/Rin/Misha + Miki + Natsume
Secondary Arcs: Rika/Mutou/Akira • Hideaki | Others (WIP): Straw—A Dream of Suzu • Sakura—The Kenji Saga. "Much has been lost, and there is much left to lose." — Tim Powers, The Drawing of the Dark (1979)
My fucking heart skipped a beat. Damn you, Comrade Makarov!
But in a good way, of course...
This is why I believe, that Hisao will never wed Lilly, even in her good ending. He'll take one look at her in that wedding gown and ... "HNNNNG!"
I like all the girls in KS, but empathize with Hanako the most.

That's possibly the most random group of three from the main cast they could have picked. Emi basically never talks to the other two, and Shizune/Hanako only come into contact briefly in some specific scenes, at the most playing a single game of chess together.
I think the only other group that could give it competition would be Misha/Rin/Hanako, since as far as I know, literally none of them share any scenes where they interact with each other beyond maybe a couple of unimportant sentences tops.
