Missing Scrapbook piece from Title Screen

Hi, not sure if this thread has been done already, but oh well.

I'm missing a scrapbook piece (You know, the ones that appear in the title menu after every act you complete), yet I have the one after and before.

More specifically, I have Act One, Act 2,3, and 4 for Lilly's route, and Acts 2 and 4 for Shizune's. I've completed both playthroughs, and haven't done any others.

Basically, I'm missing Shizune's Act Three title picture, even though I did her entire route.

If you did her route but missed that scrapebook piece, I'd just start a save from ACT 2 and barrel through it on "Skip Mode". Soon enough you'll get started on ACT 3 again and reckon it should fix itself that way.
