Well, I didn't say anything that hadn't already been said by the characters, so they de-noodled it a while ago, and I just gathered the pieces together :wink:

I had always wondered where the hole in the fedora came from.

I really ought to go back and finish reading these. Yes, I know... how disappointing that I, your frequent go-to editor, have yet to finish reading one of your seminal publications.
