Maybe Misha has Histrionic personality disorder :D Ok no that would be Shizune (and Shizune seems too normal to have a Personality disorder).
Still, it's an entertaining thought.

Wow, it's been 5 years and there's still no answer to this question. Maybe she's normal and she's just there for Shizune?

Reality: The question has been answered countless times. You just answered it again.
I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.

Oh, the developers confirmed that there's nothing wrong with her? I couldn't find anything wrong with her besides her getting dizzy going up the stairs, and I guess maybe she has some sort of social problems.
