I spent the whole day carefully avoiding any and all kinds of aprils fools, then I went here and plunged straight into yours, sigh.

My problem wasn't the, indeed quite obvious, prank itself but the fact that I just thought the chapter was called "Abandoned" and was looking forward to reading it a bit later.

Yeah, I was paying attention. I just knew it was an April Fool's thing, so I didn't say anything. If it wasn't April 1st though, I totally would have believed it since the abandonment post was well worded and stuff.

Incidentally, the working title for the next chapter, which is sort of nearing completion, is "Absence". That might change by the time it's released, but it's in the same neighborhood as "Abandoned".

Sarcasm runs in my family... like an overflowing river, at times. It's exceedingly easy for me to speak and write sarcastically as a result. Kenta is almost a self-insert on that level, since I tend to have the same foot-in-mouth problem.

I was not aware of any specific case thereof, but I'll assume you're right based on it being a reasonably easy troll. I think the reason it worked at all is because I haven't posted a new chapter in almost 6 weeks.

Anyway, I'm still crawling through chapter 46.
