I'd bring sandwiches, obviously - real nice ones though, the kind that clag your throat up if you don't chew them properly.
Oh, and a map, cos try as I might, I can't find this dratted scene in KS at all >:(

I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.

There's actually quite a few ways to get that scene.

Go for Hanako/Lilly or Rin, but clam up when Lilly asks about your condition
As you said, go for Rin and don't join the art club
Go for Shizune and kick Shizune and Misha out of your room
Go for Shizune but try to keep up with Emi, then be sarcastic about the resulting visit to the Nurse
