I think this is an interesting thread. Seme/uke extends far beyond just sex after all, the terms apply to the overall dynamics of a relationship.

1. If the idea of Yuuko being Kenji's ex-girlfriend is true, the obsessive, needy streak he displays makes it pretty easy for me to imagine him being the submissive one. Though it would be quite the mountain to climb over, getting Hisao to take Kenji seriously as a romantic prospect when he barely even takes him seriously as a human being.

2. I'm in agreement with the rest. Shizune for seme.

3. How... is this even a question. <_< Lilly is assertive and confident. Hanako is the anti-Lilly in that respect. She is the greatest uke in all of Katawa Shoujo. She could get in a fight with a teddy bear and lose. No matter who she's paired up with, she will be the uke. (Except perhaps Hideaki, I could see her being dominant over him... I think she'd also have a pretty equal relationship with Rin, and a rather interesting one now that I think about it.)

4. Emi is very outgoing and supremely, almost unfailingly assertive. With that said, I do think that she could actually find Rin intimidating at times whenever Rin's intense and determined side is at play, so the power dynamics wouldn't be Emi 100% Rin 0% or anything. There would be times that Emi would find herself awestruck by Rin. On the whole though, Emi is very... well, alpha. She would probably be the dominant one in most relationships.

5. Lilly's in control of most social situations, but I could see her being a dutiful little uke were she in love with Shizune. She wouldn't go so far as to compromise her personal morals or anything, but I could see her going along with every uncontroversial whim and idea that Shizune comes up with.
