I've been going through some rough things in this past year, which I haven't shared with anyone; due to this I ended up having random down moments in huge amounts, at any time of day, on any day; I managed to hide those from everyone around me most of the time, but... it was hard.
What's helped me move on the most is Lilly.
In any other place, it'd sound really weird to say that about someone I've only ever "met" in a visual novel... But I know here people can understand me.
Lilly will always have a very warm place in my heart, and she is one of the most important things that have happened to me - as sticky and lifelessly as that sounds, it's just plain truth. Life would've simply been so much harder without her... and everything's so much better thanks to her.
Happy birthday, Lilly.
Thank you for everything.
Hey man, I feel the same. Lilly's been here for me in a way no one I know irl could be.
Happy birthday Lilly, and thank you so much for what you've done!
To me, Lilly is the closest thing to an angel you're ever going to meet. Shes like a big sister, best friend, and lover all rolled into one!

Breaks out the Martinelli's (which I prefer anyway).

If I could manage to get myself up and go to the store maybe I would. I suppose I'll just wait until next year to really celebrate.
I am bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There is no one I would rather be than me.

Make a really, really big and bright red circle around the date, and hoard all the alcohol in the store prior.
If I would be of legal age to drink, I might. (No, probably still not. Worth a try though.)
I'm a little distracted by the way she "looks" at her glass. Wasn't she blind from birth? That's not a mannerism I would expect her to have developed.
Some blind people can guess where things are to "look" at them.
Normally this is when people are talking to them but hey, it makes the gif look better
That makes sense. I assume this would be for the sighted person's benefit, because people are used to having their conversation partner looking at them?

What makes you think I don't already have plenty of alcohol at my house already? It's worth a shot, but I don't really have the best grasp of time.
The answer is to obviously drink everything you have now to make up for what's been lost. Shame on you for not doing so already.
As tempting as that is, if I mixed alcohol with these narcotics I wouldn't be waking up. Although I guess that does give me more time to dream about Lilly or something.

So she's illegal?
@Specimen: Maybe it'll put you in a coma where you'll dream up Yamaku.
I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.
