Wouldn't advise using bidadv unless you are running linux on a monster cpu (like an overclocked hexacore or a server mount with multiple cpu's)

Two questions. 1: Why wouldn't the 8 cores on my MacBook Pro be enough? 2: Why do you show no points/work units since July?

I'm not too familiar with how the PPD translates to mac smp(?) folding. It may be, it may not. Worth a try though!

After they gave me a hand, I started folding on their team. Doesn't mean I can't still help over here, though.

As long as you're folding. That's more important than which team you're working for.

But as I said earlier, it's more important that you fold than which team it's for.

I figured that I'd put all those unused CPU cycles to good use, seeing as I put together this pretty powerful desktop computer, but use it to browse the Internet most of the day. I can't send money, but I can provide some processing power to a good cause.
