Hisao would be Sagat from Street Fighter
Lilly and Shizune would go as samurai and then fight each other for "stealing" the others' costume.
Yuuko would be the ghost librarian from Ghostbusters. She'd just be herself, but with ghost makeup or a sheet thrown over her.
Emi's going to be a pirate. It's canon. :P
Hanako's costume is pictured here. Bit more modest, though. Obviously.
