IIRC, canon was that he had a quite deep voice, though, and he does identify as male, even if his tastes in clothing are typically female.

I remembered the story saying his voice was monotone, not necessarily deep.

Ye, I think it's this thread where me and some other guy talked about Millbee's voices. I would choose him to voice all of the characters :)
