Hisao looks rather feminine today. Also, the scar tissue extends down to Hanako's hand, not terminating at her forearm. Otherwise, good job!

Good points, i will keep that in mind. Any tips how i could make Hisao look less "feminine"?

For one, I'd trim the hair a bit. It's a tad too long. I'd also suggest shrinking the eyes slightly and making the mouth and noise longer, as well as making the head a bit less round.

It's better, but the hair was one of the main things for me.

Off the top of my head, you might want to pronounce bone structure further if you want a more masculine head.

Also, given anime's love of lineplay, you might want to use bolder, straighter lines for a masculine face, too.

At first I thought Hanako looked a little glassy-eyed, but then I took a second look and noticed the tilt of her eyes. That's not glassy-eyed, that's her focusing-intently-on-the-game look. Nice work.
