I'm not entirely sure this belongs here but it looks like the place for it.
At the starting screen, the picture of hisao is in the bottom right and as you do the routes at each of the acts a new picture is added, correct? I've done Hanako's and Emi's so far and no matter how many times I do it the Hanako act 1 picture refuses to appear. Can this be fixed?

There's a picture for every act for every girl. SInce act 1 belongs to no one, there's only one picture for act 1.
There are a2, a3 and a4 pics for Hanako, don't worry.

Sooty, I meant like the first act with Hanako in it. I have done her route but have only 2 pictures, where as the 3 emi pictures, right next to it are all there.

But fyi that's an obvious A2 fragment you're missing.

Sorry that I'm posting in this thread even though I can't help you. I'm not good with computers.
Consider yourself lucky that you're missing the pic. Maybe it's a sign of good luck! It sets you apart from the other hanako fans. (Sorry, I hope I didn't offend you. I didn't mean to; I'm kind of jealous.)

I'm gonna need a translator for future fourms use, thanks though. I don't quite get how my specialness is derived from the glitch, since Hanako's picture is the one missing, but if nobody has a fix I guess I can carry on.

The only thing I can think that might be causing that problem is a glitch (or corruption) in the persistent file that stops the image from being unlocked, and the only way you can find out if that is the problem is to remove that file from where it's located (back it up first) start the game, get into Hanako's act 2, and check if the image is unlocked.

Just an update, when i was going through my library when playing some more KS, i realized not only don't I have that picture, but the movie sequence and all pictures from act one aren't there. It's like it never happened.

RIGHT! So, I replayed hanako's route last night - morning - next day and got to the start screen and, lo and behold the pic was back. It's like it forgot I did act 2 and now has realized it. Anyhoo, problem fixed.
