I think they're all very well drawn and not too exaggerated, and they kept them pretty realistic which I don't see very often, because a lot Visual Novels, I played with Adult-content are completely mindless, like: "Hey, you like my little sister, let's have sex too! She won't mind."

Sex scenes in movies and tv shows usually just embarrass me to the point that I can barely watch. The the scenes in KS were actually pleasant and quite sweet. To me I think its because you honestly like the characters. They're good people and you enjoy sharing this special moment with them (with one notable exception of course). At least I do.
The fact that its on a written page as opposed to being played out onscreen helps too. I don't find watching people going at it particularly entertaining.
