I've got the weirdest boner right now...

Considering Kenji is in Lily's class, my guess is that Hisao is the one taking the photo, and going ,"Serves you right for not paying back the dough you owe me."

You know, that is a surprisingly plausible explanation. Lilly never did seem to care much for Kenji.
I am bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There is no one I would rather be than me.

Which path do you think approached sex most maturely?

Personally I think both Lilly and Emi did good in their own way.

It's probably not the answer you were looking for but I'd say each path, while some very different styles and means than others, had a mature approach. No one path sticks out in my mind as any more mature or less mature than others.

Basically this.
Hanako's was awkward teen first time.
Shizune, and Emi's was a combination of lust/love.
Lilly and surprisingly Rin's (ESPECIALLY Rin's second) were passion driven.
I write take a look, would you kindly?
I also draw, kind of.

Hell, Rin's second one is basically she delivering herself to Hisao's room and getting it on. How is that NOT passion?

Hanako is basically clueless about how love does not equate to lust. If Hisao had been a more ordinary lad (sex, then dump), she would have one more problem on her hands.

Emi and Shizune had the "player" vibe around them. Man-eaters, both of them.

At first I thought that, but then by the end of it I was like "the more I think of it I don't think they'd do that". Especially after how Emi and Hisao make up. and what Emi says at the end of her route: Stay with me. makes me doubt she'd be a man-eater.
Shizune on the other hand... well, she's just a horny teenager obviously

Emi's an unwitting one. She pushes boys away because of her issues, which the boys then interpret as "she's playing with me."

Emi's anal scene was very realistic. It added a lot to the game because it was so awkward.

All of these unnecessary spoilers made your post hard to read.
<KeiichiO>: "I wonder what Misha's WAHAHA's sound like with a cock stuffed down her throat..."
<Ascension>: "I laughed, cried, vomited in my mouth a little, and even had time for marshmallows afterwards. Well played, Xanatos. Well played."
