Making a Katawa Shoujo PS Vita Skin

Hi,

I was wondering if I could get permission to order a KS PS Vita skin from DecalGirl?
They warn against using copyrighted images and require a "signed, written license from the copyright owner" that will allow me to make the skin.
If it's too much trouble I completely understand, but I'd really love to get this skin made.

I believe the response would be the same as the one in that thread (since your not making any money from it and it's for your own personal use then it'll be OK).

That would be a sweet skin and would like to have one myself. Perhaps you can look at http://www.mypsvitaskins.com
I remember them having one something like that. Or maybe they can make it?
