Where exactly can I find a swagger vest like Hisao's?

There's only a few people who can make sweater vests not nerdy and either classy or swagger, depending on how you dress up with the sweater vest in terms of fashion.

Now, if this is for cosplay related, find a similar pattern to the vest and sew it yourself.

I've only known a couple people that could make a sweater vest look pretty good. You're better off just wearing a regular vest. They look way better imo
