0.9.10 is a thing that exists and some people have been testing it.

I don't plan to public release anything until 1.0, but lurking around #katawa-shoujo on IRC at the right time will be helpful to become a some person that has been testing it as that is where the temporary links to the current build tend to show up when I want some real-time testing feedback.
