in some routes Hisao is a total dick to Kenji, but nevertheless Kenji will follow Hisao until he directly and forcefully rejects him.
Kenji doesn't show his maps to just anyone man..

It can happen. After all, he does become a good guy at some routes. (I was really quite impressed with him on Lilly's route too.)

In all seriousness, no. Kenji's just a lunatic better off forgotten, i doubt Hisao will go out of his way to keep in touch with the obnoxious nut.

I can see them staying in touch in the "Hisao opens the door every now and then to find Kenji on his porch with some beers and a paranoid rant and/or idle banter for the occasion."

But as far as a traditional keeping in touch? Hisao might but it really doesn't seem to be Kenji's style.
