Every time I think of Hanako, I think of the song Amber by Stick To Your Guns. It fits her so well. As for her taste in music, she seems like she'd be into alternative bands like Nirvana, Radiohead, and Gin Blossoms. Lilly is probably into smooth jazz. Misha and Emi both seem like they would love Mindless Self Indulgence. I agree with the other users that say Rin would be into stuff like The Doors and Gorillaz, thos seem to fit her personality pretty good.

I used to listen lots of metal way back when, but now I've mellowed out, usually i listen to blues rock like Led Zepellin or Steppenwolf or Prog Rock like Rush or Genesis and some other timeless classics.

He is one of the deepest virtuousos I've ever listened to, every piece of his solo work are emotionally fascinating. A tear rolled down my chin when I first heard this piece. And especially this piece reminds me of KS for some reason.

The music that sound most like/makes me think of Katawa Shoujo would be other OST's.
More specifically the "True Remembrance" soundtrack. - -
"Yume Miru Kusuri" soundtrack. - -
As well as part of the "Clannad soundtrack. - -
One that is not a soundtrack would be pretty much anything by "Yiruma". - -
Those all have the same feel as Katawa Shoujo.

I have certain songs that remind me of the girls. Slide & Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls remind me of Lilly. Amber by Stick To Your Guns and Down in a Hole by Alice in Chains remind me of Hanako. My Hero by Foo Fighters and Hey Jealousy by Gin Blossoms make me think of Hisao. Thanks to the instafeels, Pink Triangle by Weezer makes me think of Misha.Honor Thy Father by Dream Theater reminds me of Shizune. Bullet with Butterfly Wings reminds me of Kenji for some odd reason. Last, but not least, All I Want by The Offspring and Lounge Act by Nirvana remind me of Akira.
Sadly, I can't think of any songs that remind me of Emi nad Rin.
As for Katawa Shoujo as a whole, I think of This Is More by Stick To Your Guns and Not the One by The Offspring
