Maybe we can talk about particularly ridiculous criticisms of KS?

I was just on another site that said that the sex scenes where only there for titillation purposes (specifically mentioning the shed scene and Hanako's scene) and talking about multiple cases of the game graphically showing insertion.

I could help but wonder if those people actually played the game or had just heard comments about it.

Oh, and a personal favorite of mine is when people say that any game that features nudity of any kind is pornography.

What I do with those kinds of reviews? I laugh it off. Poor souls don't know what they're missing.

African-americans, obviously. If a game doesnt have a black character in it somewhere and its made by americans, its racist.
I recall threads popping up complaining theres no black characters in League of Legends. Its like complaining theres no africans in LOTR, there is no Africa so your argument is invalid.

That's like saying FF 1-5 is racist because there's no black characters. Fuckin' idiots, of course there was no black people in the first 5 FF games (excluding that one woman in FF4: The After Years.) because it take place in Medieval times.

i dont have a problem with black people, or african-americans. MLK jr, Jackie Robinson, Fredrick Douglass. those are black people and i have the utmost respect for them.

Hogun the Grim from the comics was originally Asian: he had this Mongol-type Genghis Khan type thing going. So that, at least, drew from the comics source material.

This, if I remember correctly. Using 'racist' to describe Japan-envy the way the review did struck me as kind of dumb. It reminded me of how 'racist' gets used to describe a whole mess of horrible things, to the point that trying to educate people on ignorant and terrible behavior is made much more difficult.
