You are probably going to take that back after you play Lilly's route.

Definitely Lilly's so much Feel, such a great story and the best read out of all other paths in my opinion.

Rin's, even though my favorite character is Emi
Tis why I love 'em both

the feel at the end of Hanako's path OBLITERATES all the combined feels of the other routes

Don't dismiss other routes based on that

I don't see the part where I stated that I posted an indisputable fact

am I suppose to tell you explicitly that I'm stating my own personal opinion in every post?

I'm not sure. I really liked Lilly's route a lot, but Rin's was amazingly well written. Its the only story I absolutely refuse to play again until I forget most of it, unlike the others which I've read through multiple times.

I agree with this person.

... Well, maybe not all of them combined, but it stands far ahead of each individual route.

At the very very least, it surpasses Shizune and Emi's routes combined.

There were no routes that I didn't like - they all had great stories and great characters.

But Lilly's route... I was not prepared. I will admit, it was probably the most cliché of the stories, but god damn was it superb.

Lilly's route

Why can't I hold all those feels
When the war, has been won
And our march home begins
What awaits has not yet been revealed
What was won? what was lost?
Will our deeds be remembered?
Are they written on stone or in sand?

Yeah, I hated how Hisao handled the whole thing but damn if I didn't nearly squee like a little girl when the music box started.

Even if I have my personal favorite character, however, I can't make myself view KS as anything but a whole.
Hanako's favorite joke is The Aristocrats, but she never tells it because Lilly finds it really offensive. Instead, she practices her delivery in front of a mirror when she's alone. It's the only time she never stammers.

I KNOW RIGHT AAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

/schoolgirl

That's just part of what makes the story good, though. You're sitting there, a helpless bystander (in Hisao's shoes), screaming at him that he's doing it wrong, and just being helpless to watch the events transpire. But god dang, those events were totally worth it. So happy. So very, very happy.
