What is the license for the OST?

Does the official OST release itself has a license different from the CC license of the game?

To be more straightforward, can I redistribute the OST in its original zipped form? Or I can only download for myself but can't redistribute it?

Katawa Shoujo uses the CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 License
Music is a derivative work, which means it also falls under the same license.

Yes you can give anyone the music from the OST in it's original ZIP form via the official site or with your own methods, I.E. uTorrent, File Transfer, Brunt CDs, etc. As long as you do not profit from this and/or it is commercial purposes.
