Is there any way to reset ALL of your stats?
I'm wanting to 'start the game over', but I don't want to download it again (Slow internet). Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Just remove your savedata, I think.
It is located in Documents and Settings\your username\application data\RenPy, or something like that

It isn't the savedata you need to remove, it's the persistent file that needs to be removed (since it is the file that stores your progress)
The location given above is for XP systems for windows 7 systems (and most likely vista as well) you just have to click the user name from the start menu select appdata (you need to have hidden folders viewable), then roaming, then renpy and then katawashoujo_actual and you should be able to see all the save files and the persistent file that you have to remove to reset the game.
