Re: What would happen if another company wanted to buy KS ri

Mentaru shoujo ...Come again? Is this going to be a trend, then? EDIT: *searches* *lurks forums* o_O French/German/Swiss? names, huh? A Brian Blessed cameo? This is good. My guess is they might make an OVA, or more probably a manga out of it first (if ever), before even considering a full-blown ser...

Re: KS Cosplay at Anime Expo?

Cosplay sounds fun. But unfortunately highfalutin' stuff like AX doesn't tend to wander into the middle of nowhere (also known as Omaha, NE) often. Besides, I don't think I would look much like any of the characters... except possibly Jigoro. And I think there's enough genuine asses parading around ...

Re: What would happen if another company wanted to buy KS ri

There's a simple workaround to the problem of licensing, of any kind (as well as the whole "Katawa" being a swear/slander word). Superficial changes to the names and appearances! :D Example: Katawa Shoujo ---> Fugusha Shoujo Suku-ru. Now we don't have to worry about offending the Japanese ...

Re: Favourite picture?

Any scene with Hanako in her casual wear. :P Indeed, indeed. I love that hat. Thirded. That hat and jacket are cute. Also, the wheat field scene. One last thing: Lilly's body, when she undresses? The artists gave it amazing symmetry. She is beautifully tailored together. Reminds me a bit of Bottice...

Re: Hisao's little bundle of joy

That's it. I'm starting a separate thread. It's proably too late, but I'm diverting this once and for all. It's long overdue I do so.

Re: Hisao's little bundle of joy

Soo...how we came from taking about if Hisaoxmain girl mated to a debate on condoms and birth control pills and the Catholic Church. http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/attachment.php?attachmentid=382&d=1214037416 Apparently this is a more interesting topic. Should we make a separate thread for it? I p...

Re: Hisao's little bundle of joy

Honestly, this is something which I've not quite understood myself with all the lucidity I wish I could. NFP is a subject tied to a big, big piece of Catholic theology on sexuality. This article might help if you have the time. http://www.americancatholic.org/Newsletters/CU/ac0707.asp I'm not sure i...

Re: KS-community in say... One year?

I'm glad I got here when it was booming. If I'd have come a year later, I'm sure it would be a ghost town. Or at least, significantly diminished.

Re: UK edition of PC Gamer

A water closet is the British/German/European equivalent of a toilet.

However, I get the feeling you meant "Water Closet: The Forbidden Chamber". (Sounds like a Harry Potter parody.)

MY EYES.

But what did the letter say in PC Gamer?

*amazing story* You just made my day. God bless you and yours, whether you believe in Him or not. :D Pro-life atheists/liberals give me a bit of hope for humanity. *another wonderful story* :) Paddy, you mentioned adoption centers, and I agree that people should use them instead of aborti...

Re: Hisao's little bundle of joy

I've gotten to the end of Shizune's route already. I'm still not confident about her having any (or at least good) maternal instincts. :? To be honest, Shiz's plot confused me a bit. Am I missing something here? :( Why yes, yes you are. Shizune's route is insanely subtle. I will check that out. But...

Re: Hisao's little bundle of joy

Besides, both condoms and partial-birth abortions promote the same kind of mentality. Both basically say that being faithful is a bad, or at least unnecessary thing, and that children are undesirable. You forgot to mention that masturbation is technically a genocide, you know? And I can't really kn...

Re: Anybody ever think of a "Act 5" future of each character

Experiencing vision for the first time in one's life after 18 years of blindness is sure to elicit much more consternation than merely balking at someone else's sense of fashion. Assuming it has happened at all, I would like to read a real-life account of such an event occurring, because the idea f...

Re: Who was your first arc?

My first playthrough was fairly natural. I just selected the choices as I would, and I ended up with Emi, and I got the good ending. :) After that, I tried for Hanako. I got whiskey on the roof instead. After looking at the flow chart, then, to figure out what I was doing wrong, I chose to go for Sh...

Re: Ask!

Hi! Pax vobiscum! First, I'd like to thank you for the game. I know you get this a lot, but this is an awesome, thought-provoking game, and I am glad I found it. God bless you folks for making it. My questions: 1) How do you pronounce Hisao's name? Is it "His-OW", or "His-A-yo" o...
