I think I like him the best in Emi's route. He really takes care of himself and makes it seem like he'll live a long life despite his condition.

I didn't like Rin's route. Not because of Rin, but Hisao. I originally felt Rin would have been my favorite, but Hisao was such a dumbass throughout a lot of it.
